Pineapple Salsa

what you’ll need:

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, finely diced

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

  • 1 small jalapeño, finely diced

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop everything up and add to a large bowl.

  2. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over top and add a generous pinch of sea salt.

  3. Gently mix and give it a taste. Add more salt & lime juice as necessary. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips

    Notes: If you are adding the avocado, don’t add it until right before you plan to serve the salsa!
