Watermelon Feta Salad

what you’ll need:
1 mini watermelon, cubed
3 small Persian cucumbers, cubed
1 handful of fresh mint, finely chopped
6 oz crumbled feta (use as much or as little as you want)
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Cut the watermelon and cucumbers into cubes and finely chop the fresh mint.
Add the watermelon, cucumbers, mint, crumbled feta, the juice of one lime, and a generous pinch of salt to a large bowl.
Gently mix everything together and taste. Add more salt or lime juice as needed.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy!
