S’mores Chia Pudding

what you’ll need:
For the chocolate chia pudding:
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 serving of chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
For the cups:
Marshmallow fluff
Cool whip
8 graham crackers, crushed
Chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a bowl, add all pudding ingredients and mix very well until fully combined and smooth. Make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and that no powder remains; otherwise, they can separate as they set.
Transfer to an airtight container or jar and refrigerate overnight until thickened.
Once set, divide the chia pudding evenly among 4 small jars.
Top each with a layer of crushed graham crackers, followed by whipped cream. Finish with a dollop of marshmallow fluff and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
If desired, carefully torch the marshmallow fluff for a toasted finish.
