what you’ll need:

For the chocolate chia pudding:

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 serving of chocolate protein powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • pinch of salt

    For the cups:

  • Marshmallow fluff

  • Cool whip

  • 8 graham crackers, crushed

  • Chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add all pudding ingredients and mix very well until fully combined and smooth. Make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and that no powder remains; otherwise, they can separate as they set.

  2. Transfer to an airtight container or jar and refrigerate overnight until thickened.

  3. Once set, divide the chia pudding evenly among 4 small jars.

  4. Top each with a layer of crushed graham crackers, followed by whipped cream. Finish with a dollop of marshmallow fluff and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.

  5. If desired, carefully torch the marshmallow fluff for a toasted finish.
