PB&J Protein Balls

what you’ll need:

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1, 1.2oz bag of freeze-dried strawberries, chopped

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp of milk

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Reserve about ⅓ cup of the chopped freeze-dried strawberries for topping, and add the rest to the bowl.

  2. Mix until everything is well combined. Using your hands makes this much easier and helps it come together evenly.

  3. Scoop and press into evenly sized balls. Gently press the tops into the reserved freeze-dried strawberries for a pop of color and extra flavor.

  4. Repeat until you have about 18 balls.

  5. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
