This strawberries and cream protein shake is so easy to make and is the perfect summer snack or dessert!

what you’ll need:

  • 10 small frozen strawberries

  • 1 serving of your favorite vanilla protein powder

  • 2 heaping scoops of extra creamy vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 fresh strawberry for garnish (optional)

     

Instructions:

In a blender add in the frozen strawberries, protein powder, vanilla yogurt, and almond milk. Blend for about 1-2 minutes until everything is well incorporated and smooth. Pour into a cup and add on your optional strawberry garnish. Enjoy!
