what you’ll need:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 15 Oreos, crushed

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 2-3 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Add the softened cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle or whisk attachment. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add in the crushed Oreos and mix until fully incorporated into the cream cheese.

  3. With the mixer on low, slowly add the protein powder and pinch of salt, mixing until a thick dough begins to form.

  4. Add the vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of milk. Mix again, adding 1 extra tbsp of milk only if needed to reach a scoopable, rollable texture.

  5. Using a small spoon or your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized pieces and place them on a lined baking sheet. The mixture is going to feel very sticky, that's ok! It will firm up in the freezer.

  6. Transfer to the freezer for at least 30 minutes to firm up before eating. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
