Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Salad

what you’ll need:

  • 1.5lbs boneless chicken thighs

  • Choice of BBQ sauce

  • romaine lettuce, chopped

  • cucumbers, sliced

  • grape tomatoes, sliced

  • roasted corn

  • black beans

  • pickled red onion

  • shredded cheddar cheese

  • choice of ranch

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Generously brush the BBQ sauce on the chicken thighs.

  2. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked and crispy.

  3. Meanwhile, prep all your other salad ingredients.

  4. Once the chicken has cooked, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

  5. To a large bowl, add all your salad ingredients and top with BBQ chicken and some ranch. Enjoy!
