Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Salad

what you’ll need:
1.5lbs boneless chicken thighs
Choice of BBQ sauce
romaine lettuce, chopped
cucumbers, sliced
grape tomatoes, sliced
roasted corn
black beans
pickled red onion
shredded cheddar cheese
choice of ranch
INSTRUCTIONS:
Generously brush the BBQ sauce on the chicken thighs.
Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked and crispy.
Meanwhile, prep all your other salad ingredients.
Once the chicken has cooked, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
To a large bowl, add all your salad ingredients and top with BBQ chicken and some ranch. Enjoy!
